DefyCard is a small editorial team. The fastest way to reach us is email — we read every message and respond within 24 to 48 hours (longer on weekends and EU public holidays).
What to email about
- Correction requests. An outdated cashback rate, a broken link, a country availability change, a KYC document update — send the article URL and the correct value with a source we can verify (issuer help-center URL, regulator memo, or screenshot). Substantiated corrections are applied within 24 hours.
- Press & analyst inquiries. Comment requests, embargoed briefings, market data sharing — include your deadline and the publication.
- Partnership inquiries. Affiliate program changes, new card launches, regional rollouts — we evaluate every issuer with a public referral program. We do not accept undisclosed sponsorships, paid placements without an affiliate disclosure, or prior-review arrangements.
- Privacy requests. GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other equivalent rights. Use the subject line “GDPR request” or “CCPA request” so we route it correctly. See the privacy policy for what we hold (almost nothing) and how requests are handled.
- Disclosure / regulator inquiries. FTC, ASA, FCA, and equivalent. We can produce the full audit trail (sources, scoring, revisions) for any article on request.
What we cannot help with
DefyCard does not have access to your card, your wallet, your KYC submission, or your transaction history with any issuer. We cannot reset a password, unlock an account, expedite a physical-card shipment, dispute a charge, or release a frozen balance. For any of those, contact your card issuer’s support directly. Their official support channels are listed in our individual card reviews.
We also do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. If you need such advice, please consult a qualified professional licensed in your jurisdiction.

support@defycard.com with
“Security” in the subject line. Do not file a public issue or
disclose the finding before we have had a chance to confirm and
remediate. We aim to acknowledge security reports within one
business day.
